My name is Howie Arzt, webmaster and founder of nomorejob.com, and these are just a few of the goals that I can help you achieve.
I live in Morgan, Vermont with my wife Joyce, and I earn my living working full time from my home.
I spent the first 13 years of my career as a Music Teacher, teaching Band for 7 years in
New York City and then 6 more in the public schools of Northern Vermont.Although I loved teaching music and working with kids, I still had to deal with the stress involved in keeping a full time job. My life wasn't my own, it belonged to "the powers that be" that were in charge of the school systems! They determined when I worked, how I dressed, how much money I made, and many other aspects of my life.
Believe it or not, after 13 years of teaching I was actually making less money than when I started. I realized that if I would teach for the next 30 years I would always be in the same financial position and would never have control of my life. I decided that I wanted to enjoy the finer things, and have the time to enjoy them! I knew that there had to be a better way and it was definitely time to make a major change!
After reviewing several options I was fortunate enough to learn about three powerful trends coming together for the first time in history.........Home Business, Network Marketing, and the Internet! I was able to get started with minimal investment and absolutely no computer or business experience!
At the end of the 1998 School Year I gave notice that I wasn't returning!
I QUIT MY JOB ......... and it was one of the best things I ever did!
